The condominium is located in a historic building that has been converted into loft-style residences.
The monthly rent of $900 includes all utilities, a parking space and
a furnished or unfurnished bedroom.
The condominium features a shared bathroom, pool,
and allows small pets. An alarm security system is installed.
The lease is for one year and is a family owned.
Please note that storage is available prior to move-in,
as I am currently updating the unit in May.
Our family dog will occasionally visit. Student is a sophomore who
enjoys going to all sporting events but prioritizes studies.
