Hello! I’m a sophomore Public Health student looking for a female roommate.
I already have a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment secured at Wilshire House,
which is located on campus, starting August 1st.
Rent is $1,200/month per person.
The apartment is a 2 bed / 2 bath with a split floor plan.
You will have your own private bedroom with an attached bathroom—no sharing.
The bedroom comes with a closet, and is fully furnished with a bed and a desk.
The apartment also has central AC, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, and a full kitchen.
Rent includes water, sewer, and cable internet.
Wilshire House is located on campus, making it an easy walk to classes,
dining halls, libraries, and other campus amenities.
A few preferences I have:
• No pets
• No alcohol, smoking, and vaping
• No house parties
• No guys over
• Clean and considerate of shared spaces
