Lease: July 28th, 2024- July 27th, 2025 Location: 800 State St, West Columbia (Granby Oaks) Rooms/Bathrooms: 3 Bedrooms (1 Primary bedroom with attached bathroom, walk-in closet, and wall closet). The other 2 Bedrooms have wall closets with a shared bathroom

Available: Primary Bedroom at the rate of $600 per month (excluding electricity and internet, which is up to $200 per month split evenly between all three roommates)

Shared spaces: Living room, dining area, back patio (and storage), kitchen, shoe closet, In-unit Washer and Dryer Amenities: Ceiling Fans in all rooms (except living room), Garbage Disposal (daily valet pickup), Refrigerator, Dishwasher, glass plate counter-top with oven, countertop exhaust (Others here: https://www.granbyoaksapts.com/.../granby-oaks.../amenities/) Misc: Free parking, car wash, poolside with grill, quiet neighborhood with a mix of young professionals, young families, retired folks.
