Hello! I am looking for a male tenant to take over my lease at Greene Crossing. The apartment is available as early as 12/15/2026, and the lease runs through 7/22/2027.
This is one bedroom in a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom apartment. The other two bedrooms are occupied by friendly male seniors (one is a Computer Science major and the other is a Criminal Justice major).
Although you can move in as early as 12/15/2026, you would only be responsible for rent beginning 2/1/2027 through 7/22/2027.
The total monthly cost is approximately $1,165, including rent, utilities, parking, and miscellaneous fees. Electric varies slightly from month to month, but $1,165 is a good estimate of the average total monthly cost.
The apartment is located in the Flats building at Greene Crossing on the 4th floor (top floor), just a 10-minute walk from Darla Moore. There is also a large private parking lot immediately outside for tenants with plenty of available parking.
