Square is the main building* (which is Greene Crossing's listed address online and on the lease). Rent includes utilities and electrical allowance. My rate is cheaper than their current rates for this floor plan since I signed early. Adding a parking space would add $50 to monthly rent. Term is from 8/16/24 - 7/22/25. It is 1.5 miles from the Horseshoe and 0.8 miles from Darla Moore. There is also a bus stop less than 2 minutes away to get to campus even faster. Included appliances: washer, dryer, refrigerator, gas stove.
