The unit is a 4x4 primary and currently will be occupied by two girls going into their sophomore year at the University of South Carolina.
In addition to the monthly rent of $1,229 to the landlord, a financial incentive of 20% is being offered to the individual for the assumption of the lease that was executed by the USC student that is transferring to another school and will no longer need of this apartment.
