3 bed, 3 bathroom duplex located in the Shandon neighborhood, which is right by Five Points. It is about a 5 minute drive to USC campus. The rent is $1130/month and utilities are electric water and WiFi.
When we split all the bills, it’s usually $15/month for WiFi, about $20/month for water, usually less than $75 for electric.
The other girls are 24 and 27. One is a student at USC and the other manages a restaurant. Honestly they are either at work or out of town a lot, I am usually home by myself.
The neighborhood is very safe and nice with lots of families around! I often take walks around the neighborhood and have always felt safe. Being close to Five Points is great too - there are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.
The unit also has a washer and dryer. There is designated parking out back, right where the room would be! There is a porch as well that is nice. The bathroom is en suite, so you would not have to share.
The house is furnished, but the bedroom will not be. The unit will be available 11/12 and the lease is until July 2027.
Since it is a sublease, the deposit is already paid and you will be able to have that money when it is returned at the end of the lease. The months of November and July are also already paid for, so you will only be paying for January-June (5 months).
