I originally signed this lease because I was planning to begin my PhD at USC and had carefully reviewed/toured the apartment before deciding to live here.
However, due to an unexpected change in my PhD situation, I will no longer be moving to Columbia.


I am looking for someone to take over the lease or sublease the unit because of this academic change, not because of any issue with the apartment.
