LOCATION is everything!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! My parents are owners at the extremely walk-able Senate Plaza (across from the horseshoe-1520 Senate St). This location is better than most dorms. No car needed! I will be living there next school year and am looking for a roommate for Aug 2024-2025 in our 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo. Rent will be $1000.00 + Utilities (electricity, water, sewer, trash) and amenities IE 24-hour security/doorman, high-speed internet, cable TV, POOL, fitness center with sauna, spacious and clean laundry facility, and landscaping for $100.00 flat fee each month. (total would be $1100.00 all in) No Pets. I am an HRSM major (which is SO CLOSE to the condo!) I am all about making the most of my time here. I like to go out or just stay in (I love movies). I also enjoy traveling, shopping, and being outside (my favorite place is the beach). The pictures of the inside are the current tenants’ furnishings. We will be “fixing up” over the summer.
