Private room available in a quiet West Columbia neighborhood, about 12–15 minutes from campus. I’m a male law student and will also be living in the home, so this is a good fit for a respectful, clean, and quiet male grad student looking for a calm place to live and study.

Rent includes utilities and fiber optic WiFi. You’ll have access to the living room with an OLED TV, a shared restroom that will almost always be primarily yours except when I have occasional guests over on weekends, and a backyard with a grill.

The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, making it a solid option for someone who wants an easy commute, reliable internet, and a comfortable environment for school.
