I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for Spring 2027.

Rent is only $739/month, and I have already paid for January, so you will get January FREE. I am also willing to pay up to $100 for someone to take it.

The room comes with:

Private bedroom Private bathroom Access to a community pool Access to a community gym 4 other male roommates who are really cool, relaxed, and easy to live with

I’ve had no problems living with my roommates and have really enjoyed living here.
