Spring 2027 Lease Takeover – Private Bed & Bath at Stadium Suites | $820/mo All-In
I’m leaving Columbia for an internship and need someone to take over my lease at Stadium Suites from January through July 25, 2027.
This is at Stadium Suites and its a 4 Bedroom Premium layout on the ground floor. You will be sharing it with 3 other males ages ranging from 19-21. There is plenty of parking and on games days they close the gates so that no unauthorized people decide to park within the community.
The room
Private bedroom with its own private bathroom in a 4 bed/4 bath apartment In-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans and high-speed internet, furnished $820/month all-in: $755 rent + $65 in monthly charges covering utilities, internet, etc. Move in early January 2027; the lease ends July 25, 2027

Pool, hot tub and 24-hour fitness center Study rooms, computer lab, business center and coffee bar Game room, fire pit, and volleyball and tennis courts Gated, controlled-access community with on-site parking and 24-hour maintenance Pet friendly: up to 2 cats or dogs under 50 lb, with a pet park on site (property pet fees apply) About 2 miles from campus, near Williams-Brice Stadium
How it works This is an official lease takeover through Stadium Suites. You’ll apply and be approved by management, then sign your own lease directly with the property. Rent is paid to Stadium Suites, not to me. Management’s standard application and fees apply.
