Spring Sublease at The Row at the Stadium

Sublease of bedroom in apartment at The Row at the Stadium, March 1st - July. I have decided to take a job and am needing to relocate, leaving me to look for a sublease for my room. I am willing to negotiate on price and help with any additional subleasing/transfer fees. The apartment complex is in very close proximity to William Brice Stadium and only a short drive from campus. The complex also has a shuttle to campus, lazy river/pool, hot tub, 24 hour fitness center, trash valet. The room has a walk through closet to a private bathroom and comes furnished with dresser, bed, bed-side table and desk.
