Perks: great location, new building, fully furnished, private bathroom, in-unit laundry&dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, in-unit laundry, outside pool, 24/7 gym, lobby & study rooms available, super safe. We have dishes and cooking utensils, so you can use ours until you move in your permanent apartment.
Location: 10-15 min walk from campus, 20-25 min walk to downtown.
The actual price of the unit is $1025 + utilities per month, but we are willing to negotiate the price.
