Summer Sublease at The Station in Five Points

Hi! I am looking to sublease my room at The Station in Five Points starting on the first of May. Rent is currently $715 a month, utilities being $30-$40 a month additionally. There is also the option to add in parking for $50 a month. The apartment is a 4x4, but it is likely you will have it to yourself as my other roommates are also moving home for the summer. You will have your own room, bathroom and full walk in closet. Amenities include an ideal location, 10 minute walk from campus, an operating shuttle system, pool and gym! There will be a $350 fee associated with the transitioning of the leases but I am willing to split this.
