I am studying abroad next semester (spring 2026) and am looking
for someone to take over my lease while I am gone! It is a 2 bed/1 bath house,
and I have one roommate (so girls only).

It is an easy walk to campus
(about a 15-minute walk to Russell House and Five-Points)

Plenty of parking (we have fit up to about 6 cars in our driveway without blocking the neighbors),
2 screened-in porches, water/trash/yard included in rent, in-unit washer and dryer,
a dishwasher, and fully furnished
(but I am happy to take any of the furniture other than the blue chest out!


Rent is $750/mo plus internet and electricity in addition, which is usually about $130/mo.
