One bedroom available as my friend Preston Rampey
will be staying there as well in the Spring semester.
He is also doing the MIB. He studied abroad in Peru, and is a very nice and
clean roommate. He is pretty busy working and taking Masters classes.

The only reason I am leaving is because I am graduating in December.
