3 Private rooms for rent in off-campus house!
My roommates are graduating in May and I am looking for 3 roommates for next year to live in this beautiful house. It is 12 minutes from campus in a safe neighborhood, very close to restaurants and shopping.
There are 3 bedrooms available. 2 of the rooms are large with spacious closets and can be leased for $800 per month.One of the bedrooms is smaller but comes with its own 1/2 bathroom and can be leased for $750 per month. Utilities are not included but are very affordable.
There is plenty of free parking in the long driveway. Large kitchen and furnished living room and washer and dryer.Beautiful backyard with a fire pit,front and back porch.
