I am a Sophomore majoring in Finance and Real Estate.
My current roommates are graduating in May and I am looking for 3 more roommates for next school year.
It is 12 minutes from campus in a safe neighborhood, very close to restaurants, shopping, a pharmacy, and urgent care. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with large closets, and one smaller room with its own closet and it's own half bathroom. In total, there are 2 and a half bathrooms.
There is plenty of free parking in the long driveway. Large kitchen and furnished living room with washer and dryer. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit, front and back porch.
