The Nine has tons of amenities and perks—gym, sauna, pool, grills, outdoor area, dog park, study rooms, and more. It’s a gated community with a reserved parking spot, and the townhouse is super spacious.
Your room is downstairs with its own bathroom and a huge walk-in closet, so you’d have plenty of privacy and you would have your own room key.
I have two girl roommates ( 20 years old ) who live upstairs on their own hallway seperate from the downstairs room and the location is hard to beat—close to campus and walking distance to the Vista.
