Vista Commons near USC/Downtown.
Looking for somebody to take over my lease,
which ends June 23rd 2026. You would be moving in with a
female so preferably looking for a female roommate for her.
It's a really nice community with a pool, gym, off street parking, valet trash, in unit laundry, etc.
I am flexible on move in dates, I'd preferably need a couple weeks to get out but
I will move as fast as I can.
Utilities run about 100-150 a month total
(cable, wifi, electric, water/sewage)
